 the internal components.

 

Internal structure:

The main function is to return and eject the rechargeable

Charging treasure storage and charging slot

Slot design: used for storing and fixing the charging treasure,

interface inside the slot, which is connected to the charging pin

other functions.

Some cabinets will add different versions of Android to run different programs of shared power bank to realize

 different functional requirements.

 

Communication module Realize the communication connection between the cabinet and the server or cloud 

management platform, usually using 4G, 5G and other wireless communication technologies, uploading the 

cabinet's status information (e.g., charging power, rental status, fault information, etc.) to the server, and at the

 same time, receiving commands (e.g., remote control commands, price adjustment commands, etc.) issued by

 the server; in some areas, it can use the network interface and the WiFi module to solve the network problems.

Display: Installed on the surface of the cabinet, it is used to display the rental process of the charging treasure, use 

instructions, charging standards, cabinet status and other information, which is convenient for the user to operate 

and understand the situation of the cabinet, and some of the displays also support touch operation, so that the user

 can rent and return the charging treasure by touching the screen and other operations.

Indicator light: Different colors and states of indicator lights are set on the surface of the cabinet or near the charging

 slot to indicate the working status of the cabinet, such as power indicator light, charging indicator light, fault indicator

 light, etc.. For example, the charging indicator can show the charging progress of the rechargeable treasure, and the 

fault indicator light indicates that the cabinet is in trouble and needs maintenance personnel to deal with it.

Cooling Fan: Installed inside or on the side of the cabinet, when the temperature inside the cabinet is too high, the 

cooling fan will start automatically to accelerate the air flow, discharging the heat out of the cabinet, lowering the 

internal temperature and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.

Decorative components: RGB color adjustable ambient lighting, adjusted according to the decorative style and

Other components:

  • Rental / Return Module

Rental process: After the user chooses to rent in the software, the software will communicate with the cabinet 

through Bluetooth or other near-field communication technology (such as NFC) to recognize the information 

of the rechargeable treasure in the cabinet, and then control the cabinet to eject the rechargeable treasure. 

At the same time, the software will start to record the rental time as the starting point for billing.

Return process: After the user inserts the rechargeable treasure into the charging slot of the cabinet, the 

software confirms that the rechargeable treasure has been returned through the information fed back from

 the cabinet, stops billing, and calculates the cost based on the length of use and other information. During 

the return process, the software will also check whether the rechargeable treasure is damaged or not, whether

 the power is normal or not, and so on.

  • Billing Module

Depending on the brand and operation strategy, there will be a variety of billing methods. The most common 

is hourly billing, for example, ranging from $1 - $3 per hour. Some brands may also offer daily and weekly 

packages. The software will accurately record the user's usage hours or the validity period of the package, and
